Candle care simplified: always trim your wick 1/8" to 1/4" long prior to lighting (easily achieved with the O'Soy Essential Wick Trimmer). If flame is unusually large, blow out your candle, trim and light again immediately. Burn in 4 hour intervals only. Burning a candle for too little time will cause "tunneling" and burning your candle for too long is dangerous. Never leave a candle lit all day or overnight as this can cause your jar to crack wide open due to high temperatures and cause a house fire. 

Wax melt use: use anywhere between 1-3 cubes at once. Place in wax warmer and melt for desired amounts of time. Melts will be fragrant for 24-36 hours with the warmer light on. Discard once fragrance is gone and replace with new cubes. Our wax is biodegradable. 

Room spray use: spray 1-2 times at least 12 inches away from desired linens or fabrics. Spraying onto linens and fabrics will allow the scent to linger for longer amounts of time versus spraying directly into the air. Use on clothing, pillows, curtains, in the car, restroom or wherever else you desire!

Shipping is always a flat rate of just $8.95 (regardless of order size) anywhere in the USA. We currently only ship within the states. 

Orders are promptly processed within the time frame listing at the banner on the top of this page. On rare occasions it may take longer due to an influx of orders such as during launch days, sales or weekends.

Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products. You will receive the exact item as a replacement. This is extremely rare, but if it does happen please reach out to hello.osoy@gmail.com within 14 days and we will be happy to help you out. To prevent ordering candles you do not like, please order a Discovery Box first or reach out with any questions via email before ordering, we are always happy to help!
